To make ice needs a special kind of skill. To make ice-cream with pear is hard to do. It always tends to form crystals. Here they almost had it. Still a bit to much crystals. The other tastes are great. Mokka strong and good structure. Strawberry cheesecake. Good .. and here comes the three stars for service.. cause I asked pistache and manage but both were not in my cup. Instead it was filled with pear.. I think she scooped twice the pear.. bummer cause that does something with the overal score 3.5
